Appearance/Clothing. {Jack's normal Kage clothes consist of a black suite with white pinstripes along with his black colored Kage hat. On the left side of his chest rests a pocket with a red handkerchief in it, this is attached to a package of cigarettes which he brings everywhere with him.
However when in a fight he wears black ragges strips of clothing that are wrapped around him and trail behind him.
For regular clothing Jack wears signature ninja garb with red hands painted in small crests on each limb and one on his chest, this red hand is also replicated on his pack of cancer sticks.}

Personality: {Jack is a prankster he loves to joke around, as he sees it most things in life are jokes anyways there are few things he takes seriously.
However when he sees his allies become hurt or his country become hurt he will fly into a bloodrage to defend them.
Overall Jack is a nice guy who believes in treating others the way they treat him.
Jack Skellington is also a ladies man swooning for any pretty lady that comes along his way, he claims he wants to settle down with the most beautiful one, but most assume he would need a strong willed woman to put him in his place.
He loves animals of all kinds, and is far too forgiving for his own good of course unless someone has hurt his city or his allies.
Naturally Jack is an odd one seemingly having hidden buttons to be pushed at the drop of a hat, but once you get to know his you can recognize the trigger for the personality swings.}

Thu'um
This is an odd way of shaping chakra which uses ancient words instead of handseals, it is now only known to Jack however he is seeking an apprentice. It works on taking all the chakra from the body and focusing it in one point, the throat as such it cannot be used with hand seals in the same period of time. It is a secret art, and Jack prefers not to use it at all.

Effect: This allows the user to walk from one latern to another on an aletrnate plane of existance, as such they must pick their destination before leaving and cannot change directions. They cannot see the real world, but they cannot be seen or touched. It takes the same time to move from one latern to another as it would in the real world.

The person sealed in the box will come out in a jester costume with a smile painted on their face.

History:
When one remembers the recreation they do not remember a lot, Jack thinks he was alive before it but he is not altogether sure after all he is young for a kage. So I suppose it would be best to go from what he did remember, Jack was one of the few who woke up in the camp outside the city walls.
Iron black twisted things that surrounded a city whose buildings were warped yet inviting. Well inviting to anyone who was not scared off easily. The town had been built by Jack's father the erstwhile self called Mayor of Halloween Town.
Of course Jack soon took over as leader as the clan quickly elected him leader due to his superb tactical responses to the bandits that peppered the new country. Under Jack's leadership he tripled the amount of land under their control. Most of what he conquered was a bunch of loose rabble of criminals, some of which he allowed to remain in the country under the agreement that they could pirate as nationalists.
That is to say obey only the rules of Kowaiigakure, and ignore all others. This gained even more money for the country that was soon claiming to be one of the biggest, and strongest nations of this new world.
The Pumpkin King saw all this and was glad, as he saw the rise of a formation of a new secret force to help enforce the land's power spearheaded by the person he trusted most in the new nation, his Sage.
One cannot say when Jack found the true love of his life cigarettes, but guesses are to after he assumed the title of Pumpkin King the stress of the job probably pushed him into the smokey embrace of the fiery poison, regardless he utilized it as a weapon the very first time he was seen in battle with it.

"Lord there are a group of seven bandits down at the camp" a young chuunin told Jack Skellington. The young man along with the four others there wore subdued black clothes that covered most of their bodies.
"Only seven? Any impressive ones?" Jack asked back in a hushed tone as he looked down to the camp and wondered if he could lob a lantern down there, perhaps but perhaps the giant behind him would have a better time.
The boy replied with a nod and a smile, "Three of them have bounties over one hundred thousand. Nothing your hand can't deal with."
"Nah, this time I wanna stretch my old bones. Kilgar, toss these down there will you" Jack said turning around after forming a few hand seals and handing the hulking man behind him a few lanterns.
The man flung them with an oof and soon the group dispersed as Jack disappeared. It was an odd walk the Pumpkin King had before him walking through a realm he came to call the void a place of no light except for the light shown from the lanterns. It wasn't really a walk either, it was more of a float there wasn't really an up or down or an all around. It was a very confusing place that would cause severe confusion had one come here on their own without a guide for their first time.
Soon Jack emerged with a smile he held a sword in each hand one had a giant eye on the hilt facing away from him, the other had an edge that glinted in the campfire. A third, more like a knife was strapped on his left shoulder.
"So how should we do this boys?" Jack asked as he brought a cigarette to his lips and light it using both hands yet not dropping his swords.
"Get 'im dey'll pay us gud fer dis one dey will" one said growling as he stood up opposite Jack. He had few teeth, and fewer manners as Jack would note as the knife on his shoulder extended catching the man through the throat before he turned ripping the blade out in a spray of crimson droplets that covered two of the bandits who were sitting down.

Description: This is probably the most powerful jutsu in the Thu'um arsenal. Once the user completes fifty words of power any enhancing jutsus will be dispelled and everyone will be reverted into a normal human meaning no matter what they can be killed by normal means.

This jutsu seems iffy, can you make a bijuu into a normal human? Just making sure before things get annoying

also there is the Extra/flaw thing that deals with your word activation for your Thu'um, do you use handsigns?

Also your lantern jutsu is being mistaken with a space time jutsu and ppl are complaining about that -_-

I'm S rank I can have space/time as per my rules so?

I wasn't aware as other's have slightly differing ways of chakra use without a flaw/extra.

For the remainder of the fight, mainly for things where you keep staking different transformations.
